Shipping and Returns

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
As a small business with growing interest, we sometimes fall a little behind on order fulfillment. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Once your item has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
14 days to Return
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
